The Quality Policy of ALEX Ltd.
ALEX Ltd. specializes in the production of automotive gas systems. The production is based on our own innovative solutions. In a modern enterprise, product quality is strictly associated with compliance with procedures. Therefore, in our company, production is carried out in accordance with the adopted Quality Policy and the use of modern technologies based on the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
The purpose of the established Quality Policy ALEX Ltd. is the provision of services and products that meet quality, environmental and health and safety standards that meet the requirements and needs of customers, giving them full satisfaction.
Taking into account the specificity of our business, we declare:
- implementing, maintaining and improving the Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015
- meeting the legal and any other requirements of the gas industry in Poland and worldwide
- original and reliable solutions in the field of mechanical components of LPG/CNG installations
- production based on a modern machine park and professional assembly lines.
In addition, we care about:
- development of the company and strengthening its position on domestic and foreign markets
- gradual modernization of our machine park
- staff training and its improvement
- constantly raising awareness about environmental protection, quality, health and safety regulations.
Quality Policy of ALEX Ltd.
Management system according to PN–EN ISO 9001:2015
The implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Management System in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, makes it possible to control the implemented processes in terms of maintaining the quality of products. The President of the Management Board and the employees declare continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard: 2015. By implementing and maintaining the Management System, we confirm the high quality and credibility of our activities, while achieving full customer satisfaction.
The scope of certification includes:
- design, production and sale of automotive gas systems
- production of plastic moldings
- assembly of the PCB
- production of precision components on CNC machines.
The management board of ALEX Ltd. performs periodical inspections of the System functioning, verifies the quality policy and adapts it to the changing conditions. The policy is known and applied by all employees and available to interested parties.
